To help participants develop psychological resilience, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns and build confidence when facing rejection, interviews and professional challenges.

- Recognise common thinking traps associated with rejection and self-doubt.
- Develop healthier responses to setbacks and professional challenges.
- Learn practical techniques to manage interview anxiety and social confidence.

- Common thinking traps (catastrophising, mind reading, all-or-nothing thinking)
- Challenging self-critical thoughts
- Building professional resilience
- Understanding confidence and imposter syndrome
- Managing interview nerves using grounding and attention training techniques
- Body language, self-presentation and projecting confidence
- Developing a personalised Bounce Back Plan
