AIM
To help participants understand the psychological transition from university into employment, normalise the challenges associated with this stage of life, and begin developing healthy routines that support wellbeing and resilience.
Learning Objectives
By the end of the workshop participants will be able to:
- Understand why leaving university can feel emotionally challenging, even when it is a positive life change.
- Recognise the impact that transitions can have on confidence, identity and wellbeing.
- Identify personal strengths and protective factors that support resilience.
- Develop an initial wellbeing plan to support the transition into working life.

- Creating an individual Professional Recharge Plan
- Reflection and goal setting
