Building on workshop 1,we are going to turn out introductions into elevator pitches, something which you can use in interviews our at networking events when you get asked the all important question, 'Tell me about yourself'
Remember they are asking you the question in relation to the job you are applying for - where you can keep it relevant.
Use this section to talk about what you are currently doing (studying, working, etc)
Is there anything else that you're currently doing which supports you in your career ambitions (Grad Re-charge programme, volunteering, working on a solo project)
Is there an area or a particular type of work that you're passionate about? (Align this to the role you are applying for)
What are your immediate goals? (Yes you want to secure employment but what kind of emplyment, what kind of company etc?)
Remember your elevator pitch should be short, to the point but give enough insight into you as a person to make the interviewer interested or ask more questions.
